By using our services, the client was able to save thousands of dollars in litigation fees and obtain a favorable settlement to which the multinational corporation refused before the litigation.

A Fortune 500 Company retained Lexadigm to conduct an extensive 50-state and federal survey on regulations controlling gift giving to public officials. The survey was organized as per the client’s desired format and was completed at an estimated 50% to 70% discount to the price a local firm would have charged.

A team of Lexadigm’s onshore and offshore attorneys service the client’s review needs, which usually are highly document intensive and very time sensitive. The client is able to move forward with its transactions in a timely manner and enjoy substantial savings.

A mid-size, east coast logistics company used Lexadigm to conduct document review of all documents, transcripts, memoranda, emails, etc. produced in connection with a highly document intensive litigation. Using proprietary review software, Lexadigm thoroughly reviewed the documents, summarized key legal issues, linked facts to those issues, and created time lines for the relevant events. Lexadigm completed this project quickly and saved the client over 50% in document review costs.

Lexadigm completed the project in a very short time, prevented the client from missing the U.S. priority filing deadline and saved the client over 60% in costs.
